We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our Banking division, serving as the primary liaison for our German-speaking clientele. In this role, you’ll provide expert support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional customer journey within the financial services space.
Your Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries about banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
Communicate clearly and professionally in German.
Support clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking assistance.
Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve team performance.
