* Develop and maintain IT systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor and support network, systems, and software, and coordinate with higher‑level support teams when needed.
* Maintain stable operation of core IT infrastructure such as firewalls, network equipment, VPNs, collaboration tools, and cloud systems.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues across company locations.
* Handle incident intake, perform initial analysis, document issues, and provide follow‑up reporting.
* Plan and support IT requirements for new projects across various departments.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
* Strong logical thinking, systematic approach, and solid problem‑solving skills.
* Experience improving IT infrastructure and introducing new technologies to enhance security and user productivity.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with users and IT stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues.
* Detail‑oriented, with strong troubleshooting capability and a customer‑service mindset.
* Ability to lead or oversee a technical team.
* Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
