As a Freelance HR L&D Manager your responsibilities are:
Learning & Development
* Build and implement a training roadmap and development plan.
* Expand and optimize the training catalogue on the learning platform Cornerstone OnDemand.
Career Path & Performance Management
* Support the implementation and follow-up of job descriptions and grading structures based on the methodology developed with Mercer.
* Implement or improve performance review processes and talent evaluation practices.
* Identify transferable skills and support employee development and internal mobility.
HR Operations & Process Improvement
* Maintain and update HR data and documentation including job descriptions, objectives and employee records.
* Optimize HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
A successful Freelance HR L&D Manager should have:
* Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or L&D Manager.
* Strong experience in Learning & Development, career path management and performance management.
* Experience structuring or implementing HR processes and frameworks.
* Comfortable working in consulting, IT or technical environments.
* Experience with LMS platforms and HR systems is a plus.
* Hands-on, structured and proactive mindset.
Languages
* Fluent English
* Dutch or French (good knowledge of both is needed)
