As a
Process Engineer
, you are responsible for
improving the overall efficiency
of the company. You will analyze processes, develop new tools, manage and participate in various projects.
Process Engineer - The Role
* Implement and monitor projects in collaboration with cross-functional support and operations teams
* Analyze warehouse systems (
WMS, Pyramid, Beumer, Knapp, PKMS
) and create clear functional documentation
* Drive continuous improvement using industrial engineering and process optimization methods
* Develop and use dashboards and productivity tools to enhance daily operations
* Work closely with Data Analysts and IT to design and deploy new solutions
Process Engineer - The Profile
* You have a
bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
or equivalent;
* You have at least
2 years' experience
in an
industrial and/or automated environment
; experience in a
distribution and logistics center
would be an asset;
* You have excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills
in terms of flows and processes (Warehouse Management);
* You are creative and enjoy developing new tools;
* You are familiar with
WMS, ERP and Power BI
systems; knowledge of
Autocad
is an asset;
* You are able to work in
English
(minimum C1) and
French
(minimum B1-B2);
* You have a
positive attitude
and a
good team spirit
