Source and engage with suppliers, manage equipment ordering, conduct design reviews, and oversee FAT/SAT, commissioning and IQ/OQ/PQ testing to ensure timely start-up of equipment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and evaluate alternative technologies.
Define and execute project strategies in line with cost, schedule, quality, and functionality requirements.
Master’s or PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
~5+ years of experience in engineering, including at least 2 years managing CAPEX projects in a regulated environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and aseptic production.
~ Strong knowledge of preprocessing, compounding, formulation and filling processes, as well as project management practices including contract management and project controlling.
~ Fluent in English and Dutch.
