Key Responsibilities
* The ServiceNow Now Assist Specialist enables AI powered automation across the ServiceNow platform by configuring and optimizing generative AI features such as summarization, content generation, conversational intelligence, and AI‑driven workflow automation.
* Now Assist uses ServiceNow’s domain specific LLMs and integrations like Azure OpenAI to enhance ITSM and Creator workflows.
* Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Integration, flow designer, catalog items etc.).
* Hands‑on knowledge of Now Assist features: summarization, content creation, sentiment analysis, conversational AI.
* Familiarity with AI Agents and text‑to‑flow/code automation.
* Strong business analysis and workflow design skills.
