Strategic Account Development Professional
The Key Account Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize account plans, considering market trends, competitive dynamics, new product releases, and diverse market segments.
* Represent the organization in sales activities and identify opportunities to build and expand customer relationships across various market segments.
* Analyze customer needs and preferences by visiting existing and potential customers, providing tailored solutions and advice.
* Monitor and adjust contract agreements with customers as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues from other divisions (R&D, quality, supply chain) to achieve common goals.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in food technology is highly valued.
* Prior experience working with distributors is essential.
* Familiarity with production processes is required.
* Fluency in French and Dutch languages is mandatory.
