We are seeking a Strategic Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the company's marketing strategy, business development, and operational activities. The role aims to increase direct sales, reduce third-party bookings, and support the company's expansion into new locations, including Ghent, alongside ongoing operations in Brussels and Bruges.
Main responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement SEM and digital marketing campaigns to drive direct bookings and optimize conversion rates.
* Plan and launch seasonal campaigns targeting international tourists and group segments.
* Promote experiences through social media and digital content, including behind-the-scenes videos, event highlights, and promotional campaigns.
* Optimize website and marketing messaging to emphasize price advantages, promotions, and exclusive direct-booking offers.
* Optimize operations management processes to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall quality of experiences.
* Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, hostels and tourism organizations to drive traffic and enhance visibility.
* Support the operational coordination of workshops and activities across Brussels, Bruges, and the new Ghent location. Assist with launching activities in Ghent, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer experience.
* Evaluate workshop executions to identify opportunities for improving quality and consistency across all offered activities.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing CTR, conversion rates, and cost per booking.
* Gather customer feedback to continuously improve marketing, operations, and activity offerings.
* Leverage hands-on experience in chocolate making or similar workshop-based activities to enhance operational execution and workshop quality.
Requirements for the role:
* Proven experience in marketing, analytics, statistics, or operations projects is required.
* Previous experience in the tourism sector is required.
* Additional hands-on skills from chocolate-making or similar workshops are a plus.

Requisites:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, tourism, or operational management.
* Proven experience in analytics and statistics.
* Fluent in English and French (required); Dutch and Arabic are considered an asset.
* Previous hands-on experience in chocolate-making workshops, including guiding participants, understanding production processes, and supporting workshop execution, enabling the candidate to operate independently from day one without additional training.
