Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role:
Organize governance meetings (Steering Committees, Operational Committees, weekly meetings) Produce bi‑weekly project status reports for senior management Prepare presentations and reporting materials for governance bodies Track deliverables, risks, issues and program dependencies Organize stakeholder workshops and information sessions Lead the PMO team and supervise the Project Manager Intermediate Ensure quality and consistency of reporting and program documentation Be accountable for PMO deliverables

Who we think you are:
• Experience in PMO activities in large financial institutions (>1000 employees)
• Strong knowledge of program management techniques and agile methodologies
• Experience preparing presentations for senior management
• Proficiency in English
Mandatory Experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management
• Strong experience working in PMO roles within large organizations or financial
institutions
• Experience supporting large digital transformation or core banking programs
• Proven experience working with senior management stakeholders
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple streams
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior project managers
