Your division: Group Business Solutions (GBS) As an IT Newbie, you will join the Group Business Solutions (GBS) division, which delivers business-critical IT solutions across the Euroclear group. You will receive structured on-the-job training and be supported throughout the programme by: a mentor, who will guide your technical and professional development a buddy, an experienced colleague who will support you in your day-to-day work Your team: Funds Roadmap tribe You will be part of the Funds Roadmap, a tribe within GBS responsible for a group platform supporting fund services across several Euroclear entities (EB, ESES, EUI and ES). The team operates in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and plays a key role in the development of Euroclear’s fund services offering. The recent acquisition of the MFEX Group, a leading global digital fund distribution platform, reinforces Euroclear’s ambition to grow its Funds business and expand client services. In this context, you will contribute to projects directly supporting that growth. Your role As a Junior Software Developer .NET, you will be part of an agile development team working on new applications as well as enhancements to existing systems. You will progressively gain autonomy as your technical skills develop. Your main responsibilities Develop and test software components in .NET based on design specifications, in line with Euroclear development standards Document your code, test cases and results, and discuss them with designers following Euroclear processes Support deployment and launch activities under the supervision of more senior team members Provide support to testing and operational teams for the applications you work on Debug applications and participate in defect analysis and resolution Gradually contribute to the production of design documentation for low-complexity changes In a mid-term perspective, you will also be encouraged to share knowledge and best practices with other junior developers joining the team. This role may include occasional travel to other GBS or partner locations to collaborate with peers. Your profile You have: A degree in Mathematics, IT or another science-related field (Bachelor or Master) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A natural curiosity for IT and new technologies, particularly .NET and Microsoft Azure An interest in finance and capital markets The ability to adapt quickly to an international and diverse environment A strong learning mindset and willingness to continuously develop new skills You are: Motivated to work on technical and business-critical topics Client-focused and delivery-oriented A collaborative team player Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of quality Comfortable in an evolving and changing environment Fluent in English, both written and spoken LI-LA1
