Job Title: Report Creator / DBA – Data & Analytics Location: Belgium Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 2 years in Data & Analytics Role Overview We are looking for a Report Creator / DBA to support the development, maintenance, and operation of reporting solutions within a Data & Analytics environment .
The role combines hands-on report creation with database support activities to ensure reliable, high-quality reporting for business users.
Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using the selected reporting tool Support business users by translating reporting requirements into technical solutions Perform database support activities related to reporting (data validation, performance checks, access management) Work with structured and curated datasets to ensure accurate and consistent reporting Support testing, validation, and deployment of reports Assist in troubleshooting data, reporting, or performance issues Follow reporting standards, documentation, and best practices Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and functional leads in a D&A environment Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in Data & Analytics Certification in a reporting tool or equivalent hands-on reporting experience Practical knowledge of SAS Visual Analytics (VA) and SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL Strong attention to detail and data quality Ability to work in a structured, enterprise reporting environment Language Requirements (Mandatory) Dutch (NL) or French (FR): Fluent Second national language (FR or NL): Good working knowledge English (EN): Professional working proficiency Nice to Have Experience working with data warehouses or analytics platforms Familiarity with KPI reporting and business intelligence concepts Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, public sector) Why Join Hands-on role in delivering business-critical reports and dashboards Opportunity to grow technical and functional skills in Data & Analytics Work in a multilingual Belgian environment with structured delivery and learning opportunities Powered by JazzHR
