Who we are looking for
As a Brand, media & advertising specialist, you will help in shaping the customer acquisition, the branding strategy and the instore experience. This will give you the chance to experience an all-round marketing function, creating the right content and building the best media plans to achieve the business objectives. Attract new consumers and build brand awareness are key elements of your journey.
Main activities
Amongst other, you will have the chance to learn the following in this role:
1. Planning & execution of the offline communication strategy
2. Off-line Media planning and execution in collaboration with an external agency and in accordance with both the global guidelines and the country's needs
3. Monitor KPI and business performance of your channels & report on it
4. Follow up on budget planning
5. Work closely with your international stakeholders and counterparts and other departments such as Sales, Retail Excellence, IT, Medical affairs, finance
6. Help shape the content strategy through the creation of deliverables needed for the various campaigns in collaboration with the creative agency
7. Review the instore experience
8. Participate in brainstorming for Campaign evaluation and new ideas generation
9. Be in touch with our audiologists – one of our most important stakeholders
10. Conduct survey concerning customer experience
What we would like to see from you:
11. You have up to years experience in Marketing
12. You have a master’s education
13. Previous internship experience in marketing is a plus
14. You are curious, entrepreneurial and strive to improve every day
15. Analytical skills and able to excel in a data rich environment
16. You are a true team player
17. You are a well-organized and detail-oriented person
18. Fluent level in English and Dutch; at least basic level in French
