The JobAs our new Account Manager SAP, you will join our commercial team and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our customer base across Belgium. Your primary focus is managing and growing existing SAP accounts while identifying new opportunities within the SAP ecosystem .Your responsibilities include:Building and expanding long-term relationships within existing SAP customer accountsPositioning Expertum as a trusted strategic SAP consultancy partnerIdentifying upsell, cross-sell and new SAP opportunities within your portfolioTranslating customer challenges into tailored SAP consultancy solutionsCollaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality project follow-up and customer satisfactionContributing to the sustainable growth of Expertum in the Belgian SAP market

Your ProfileMust-haves3-4 years of B2B sales experience within complex solution salesProven experience selling SAP services or SAP-related solutionsStrong Account Management experience with ownership of customer portfoliosSolid understanding of the SAP landscape and consultancy modelFluency in Dutch and EnglishNice-to-havesExperience in an SAP consultancy or professional services environmentAn existing network within the Belgian enterprise marketGood knowledge of FrenchMindset & soft skillsLong-term relationship builder who naturally earns trustStrategic and analytical thinker who understands customer business driversProactive and hands-on in identifying commercial opportunitiesStrong communicator, comfortable at both operational and executive levelCollaborative team player aligned with a people-first culture
