About the Role
A major Belgian Financial Services Orgnaisation is launching a focused transformation project to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to its product documentation landscape. As Project Lead, you will take shared ownership of consolidating and future-proofing three key documentation streams: commercial "shop window" materials, centralised technical documentation, and onboarding and implementation manuals for the local team.
You are not expected to write the content yourself; your value is in coordinating the right people, unblocking progress, and contributing hands-on where it helps.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a full overview of the current documentation landscape: what is missing, outdated, duplicated, or unclear
* Coordinate the clean-up, consolidation, and standardisation of commercial, technical, and onboarding documentation
* Bring the right stakeholders together and keep momentum high across teams
* Track actions and progress, ensuring clear ownership at every stage
* Align technical documentation to a standardised template within an enterprise Agile initiative
* Identify opportunities to work smarter, including where AI can add value
* Establish a sustainable plan so documentation stays current after the assignment ends
Required Skills
* Proven experience as a Project Lead, Project Manager, or similar coordination role
* Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
* A sharp eye for quality, structure, and consistency
* Comfortable bringing order to complex, ambiguous environments
* Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
* Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated enterprise environment
* Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
* Exposure to documentation, knowledge management, or content consolidation projects
* French or Dutch language skills
