For our client, a company specialized in the research and development of innovative medicines, we are looking for a Executive Project Assistant to support the IC Head of Immunology for a 6-month project (with the possibility of extension). It's the ideal position for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys working in a versatile and challenging role, and wants to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry. Job description: In this job, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Agenda, travel and expense management; Support project teams by managing administrative tasks like creating activities and events, budgets, vendor and purchase orders and invoice verification (in line with country-specific SOPs and audit requirements); Keep an overview of budgets together with relevant partners; Build & maintain relationships with different departments, with focus on smooth execution; Build & maintain strong network with assistants/project coordinators and community leads at global, EU and local level; Work with the data privacy team to ensure data is handled and shared correctly according to privacy rules; Support organization and running of team meetings with agile methodology, meeting minutes, etc; Set up and manage digital platforms, such as Teamspages and Sharepoints; Use ContractShare to manage the contracting process for different teams; Support onboarding and daily operations by organizing training and onboarding, equipment, and workspace for the team; Work with E&C and Legal to organize training sessions. Who are you? You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You have at least 5 years of demonstrated assistant/project coordination experience. You have experience in budget handling and audit support. You have relevant experience in supporting cross-functional teams. A PMP (Program Management Professional) certification is a plus. You have a perfect understanding of English, both spoken and written. Traveling for work is something you see as a nice challenge to the job.
