For the COC 3.0 program, a strategic initiative focused on the modernization of an application supporting regulatory compliance, we are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst.
The objective of this role is to strengthen the quality, consistency, and traceability of business and regulatory requirements within a complex compliance environment.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in challenging existing business processes, specifically within the Homologation domain, and driving a more structured, quality-driven, and validation-oriented way of working.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Optimizing and redesigning existing business processes
* Translating regulatory requirements into clear, structured business requirements
* Ensuring full traceability from requirements through to validation
* Strengthening compliance alignment across processes and documentation
* Improving the overall quality framework for requirement definition and validation
* Challenging existing business practices to promote efficiency and standardization

🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
Must Have
* Strong experience in requirements traceability (end-to-end)
* Proven ability to challenge business stakeholders and improve existing processes
* Solid experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation
* Experience in compliance-driven environments
Certifications (Mandatory or strong advantage)
* CCBA / PBA / CBAP (CBAP is a strong plus)
* CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering)
⭐ Nice to Have
* Experience with regulatory frameworks such as:
* EUCARIS
* Digital signature regulations
* Regulatory compliance and audit environments
* Exposure to regulatory auditing processes
* Experience with Codebeamer ALM tool
* Basic technical understanding of:
* Integration patterns
* Data structuring and data flows
🎓 Education
* Master’s degree in a relevant field such as:
* Business Analysis
* Business Engineering
* Analytics
* Compliance / Risk Management
* Computer Science
* Or equivalent experience in a similar domain
