**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition and HR Management Expert
**Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our growth strategy, overseeing a team of 100+ restaurant staff. This is a hands-on and strategic role, requiring refinement of procedures for recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR activities on both strategic and operational levels.* Refine and implement procedures for recruitment, training & development, and performance review & promotion.* Forecast and plan hiring for new and existing restaurants.* Build hiring networks in Italy (kitchen staff) and Belgium (front of house).* Manage international recruitment and integration processes.* Oversee training programs and performance appraisals.* Ensure smooth HR operations including payroll and leave planning.
**Ideal Background & Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, or related.* At least 7 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or a multi-site organization.* Experience supporting growth, especially through scaling or franchising, is highly desirable.* Fluent (oral and written) in Dutch and French, and excellent knowledge of English.* Hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic - not afraid to roll up sleeves.* High emotional intelligence and diplomacy.* Experience with HR platforms and digital tools.
