Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Data entry & accuracy: Collect, verify, and enter essential information into internal systems with precision.
2. Database maintenance: Keep client and employee data accurate and up to date.
3. Status updates: Communicate progress clearly with internal teams, and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
4. Routine process handling: Manage recurring administrative tasks such as reporting, document handling, and digital file organization.
5. Training support: Assist with maintaining and updating training materials as processes evolve.

Tools you’ll work with:


Think about Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and internal KPMG platforms to carry out your daily tasks efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

6. You are fluent in English and speak Dutch or French on a native level.

7. You are available to work on-site 4 days per week from our Zaventem office. (Due to the nature of the role, the need for close collaboration with the People Services teams, and handling sensitive data in a secure environment, in-office presence is required)

8. You are either well-versed in or eager to master MS Office tools like Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

9. You are reliable and know when to seek assistance, fostering a supportive team environment.

10. You thrive when you are taking initiative, thinking ahead, and managing tasks autonomously.

11. You work precisely and meticulously and enjoy working in an organized manner and have a strong eye for detail.

12. Your communication style is straightforward and effective, ensuring clarity in all interactions.

13. Prior experience in an administrative role is an asset, but not required.
