As part of its continued growth in Belgium, our client is looking for a Senior Accountant to strengthen its finance team and supervise a junior accountant within the department. Your Responsibilities As a Senior General Accountant, reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in structuring and optimizing accounting processes. Your main tasks will include: Daily supervision of accounting operations, including mentoring a junior accountant. Handling of accounting entries (accounts payable, receivable, cash, fixed assets, etc.). Preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Coordination of financial audits and preparation of review files. Tax declarations, particularly VAT. Preparation of financial reports for management. Active involvement in continuous improvement and digitalization projects. Your Profile Degree in Accounting or equivalent. 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment. Experience in team management is a strong asset. Trilingual: French, English, Dutch. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Willingness to commit long-term to a growing international structure. The Offer A competitive salary of up to €5,500 gross/month, depending on experience.
