Job Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic time Psychologistto join our team.
Main Responsibilities
FEAST (First European Air Traffic Controller Selection Test) is a professional set of online tools used for the recruitment and selection of trainee Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) candidates.
EUROCONTROL requires 1 full-time assistant to assist internal staff.
FEAST is run and managed as a service by EUROCONTROL. The online testing system is supplied to accredited Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and ATC training organisations (known as FEAST Users). FEAST Users will use the tool locally as part of their recruitment process to select the most suitable candidates. More than 180.000 candidates have completed the FEAST selection tests since the start of the FEAST Service
Successful Candidate
Educational requirements
Mandatory:
4. Bachelor Degree or a higher degree in psychology
Desirable:
5. Specialisation in diagnostics, psychometric testing or selection testing
Language Requirements:

6. The candidate shall be able to communicate in English. The desired level of English language proficiency should be equivalent to B2 or higher as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)
Technical/professional qualification
Mandatory:
7. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in selection testing (e.g. working for a consultancy, in an HR department in recruitment and selection, university research related to psychological diagnostics or selection testing or a service delivering selection tests).
8. At least one year of professional experience with provision of help desk or customer support interacting with customers with different cultural and language backgrounds.
9. At least one year of basic experience in conducting statistical analyses as common in psychology (e.g. descriptive statistics, t-tests, correlation analyses).
10. At least basic knowledge and experience with SPSS or other statistical software.
11. Experience in the delivery of trainings
Desirable:
12. At least one year of knowledge of knowledge of FEAST, the FEAST test system and the related FEAST software platform will be considered an advantage

13. Ability to draft documents in English
