We are now looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our collaboration withaccounting firmsin Belgium.About the RoleYou'll build strong partnerships with accounting firms by ensuring smooth collaboration, proactive follow-up, and efficient administration. Your goal is to make sure accounting firms and their clients get the most out of Odoo, while identifying opportunities that can later be handled by our Sales team.You will be the main point of contact for accounting firms, ensuring their satisfaction, supporting them in their daily use of Odoo, and keeping them up to date with new features and possibilities. You will focus on:Maintaining accurate administrative records in Odoo (CRM, partnership benefits, etc.).Proactively reaching out to accounting firms to check how things are going with their clients.Sharing relevant product updates and best practices.Identifying upsell opportunities that can then be passed to our Sales team.Given the large number of accounting firms, this role requiresstrong organizational and priority management skills.
