We are now looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our collaboration withaccounting firmsin Belgium.About the RoleYou'll build strong partnerships with accounting firms by ensuring smooth collaboration, proactive follow-up, and efficient administration. Your goal is to make sure accounting firms and their clients get the most out of Odoo, while identifying opportunities that can later be handled by our Sales team.You will be the main point of contact for accounting firms, ensuring their satisfaction, supporting them in their daily use of Odoo, and keeping them up to date with new features and possibilities. By doing so, you will help unlock additional business potential that often remains untapped today.RESPONSIBILITIESManage the relationship with a portfolio of accounting firms in BelgiumEnsure accounting firms benefit from Odoo advantages (free users, partnership benefits, etc.)Keep our internal CRM and administrative records up to dateProactively reach out to accounting firms to understand how things are going with their clientsShare relevant updates and new features with partnersWork closely with the Sales team by providing qualified upsell opportunities and leadsRepresent Odoo during partner-related events (fairs, demos, workshops)MUST HAVEBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA good business knowledgeStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills in French, English and DutchProactive mindset: you like maintaining long-term relationships rather than "pushing sales"Ability to work autonomously and manage prioritiesValid work permit for BelgiumNICE TO HAVEPrevious experience working with accounting firms or in a similar role.Affinity with the accounting firms/accounting sectorExperience in customer success, account management, or administrative rolesSolution-oriented mindStrong analytical skillsWhat's great in the job?You'll be the first point of contact with our accounting firms.Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureNo dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hoursExpand your knowledge of various business industriesCreate content that will help our users on a daily basisReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving companyLearning opportunitiesWhat do we expect from you?As anAccount Manager – accounting firms, your primary responsibility will be tomanage and strengthen relationships with accounting firms in Belgium. You will focus on:Maintaining accurate administrative records in Odoo (CRM, partnership benefits, etc.).Proactively reaching out to accounting firms to check how things are going with their clients.Sharing relevant product updates and best practices.Identifying upsell opportunities that can then be passed to our Sales team.Given the large number of accounting firms, this role requiresstrong organizational and priority management skills.
