OverviewWe are supporting a leading organisation in the financial services sector in their search for a Senior SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical Consultant .This role will focus on supporting and enhancing an on-premise SAP ECC HR landscape, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure stability, optimisation, and ongoing development of core HR systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise across SAP ECC HCM / HR modules (PA, OM, PY, Time, etc.)Design, develop, and maintain custom enhancements and developments (ABAP) within the HR landscapeSupport and optimise existing HR processes and system functionalitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents within the HR systemCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system operations and deliveryContribute to ongoing system improvements and future roadmap discussions
Key RequirementsProven experience as an SAP HCM / ECC HR Technical ConsultantStrong expertise in on-premise SAP ECC HR environmentsSolid ABAP development experience within HR modulesGood understanding of HR business processes and data structuresExperience working in complex enterprise environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and functional stakeholdersFluent in English (French or Dutch also preffered)
