Technical Channel Sales BD (Belgium)
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager for Dahua Belgium, you will drive technical channel sales and business development with a strong focus on installers and distributors across the Belgian market. Dahua’s portfolio includes CCTV systems, alarm products, video intercoms, LED screens, and other smart security solutions. Success in this role requires bilingual communication (French and Dutch), deep knowledge of the Belgian security industry, and the ability to build trust with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow Dahua’s footprint in Belgium.
* Identify, recruit, and manage Belgian installers and distributors, ensuring they are well-supported.
* Deliver bilingual (ENG/NL) sales presentations, proposals, and training sessions.
* Negotiate contracts with local installers and distributors.
* Provide pre-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and in-depth product demonstrations.
* Track competitor activities and adapt go-to-market strategies for Belgian market dynamics.
* Build long-term strategic relationships to drive customer loyalty.
* Report sales forecasts, activities updates to management team
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, ICT, or related technical discipline.
* Minimum 3 years experience in technical channel sales, ideally within security, surveillance, or ICT.
* Strong knowledge of Belgium’s security market and distribution networks.
* Bilingual English/Dutch (French is a plus).
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
