IT PM & Reporting Specialist
Purpose of the job
This role combines Project Management / PMO, Automation Maintenance, and Reporting responsibilities. The position ensures effective project governance, structured reporting, and stability of existing automation solutions, supporting decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization (EMEA).
Main responsibilities
1. PMO / PROJECT MANAGEMENT (40%): Support and manage projects following established PMO methodologies and governance standards. Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities. Maintain project documentation, standards, and best practices. Support portfolio-level visibility and prioritization. Work and improve the PMO governance
2. AUTOMATION – MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT (20%): Maintain, create, monitor, and support automation solutions and workflows. Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of current automation tools. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate fixes, and work with technical teams when required. Document existing automations, processes, and controls. Working in KT to L1 and L2.
3. REPORTING & ANALYTICS (40%): Develop, maintain, and improve management and operational reports. Consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Monitor KPIs, project performance, and operational metrics. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive-level reports. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO). Ensure data consistency, quality, and alignment with business needs. Support decision-making through structured insights and analysis.
4. PERSONAL CAPABILITY BUILDING: Continuously develop professional capabilities through training, coaching, and self-learning. Maintain knowledge of project management practices, reporting standards, and relevant tools. Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices related to PMO, reporting, and automation support.
Requirements
5. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level
6. PMO / project management experience
7. Strong reporting & dashboard skills (Power BI, SAP BO)
8. Ability to maintain & troubleshoot automation workflows
9. Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
10. Excellent communication & stakeholder coordination
11. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
12. Experience with automation platforms and tools like Azure automation, RPA/IT automation.
13. Strong Database knowledge.
14. Experience with API and system integrations, ability to consume and build REST APIs to integrate automation workflow and reporting pipelines across systems.
