Your role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Analyst to join our Finance team. The role is going to be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of equipments and services, managing supplier relationships, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing inventory levels.


Your Journey

* Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
* Oversee and be responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the Operations department, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisitions.
* Coordinate with different departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring they meet company standards and requirements.
* Foster strong relationships with existing suppliers and manage performance through regular reviews and feedback.
* Conduct market research and benchmark prices to ensure the company obtains the best value for products and services.
* Monitor and manage the procurement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on procurement activities, including cost savings and performance metrics.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet the needs of the organization without overstocking.
* Implement and manage inventory control systems to track and monitor stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.


What Do You Bring To Your Trip

* At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
* Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Netsuit is a plus).
* Advanced English level
* Strong negotiation, problem- solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
