We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team, responsible for identifying business problems, designing solutions, and ensuring successful integration into the enterprise environment.
Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with business analysts and clients to reflect on and propose solution alternatives that align with enterprise architecture and strategy.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
* Work with architects to design application solutions and identify impacts on different components.
* Support development, testing, and deployment to ensure the solution meets functional specifications.
* Provide ongoing support post-production, including incident analysis and coordination.
Experience & Skills :
* 6+ years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of IT systems, UML, API design, and microservices.
* Experience in banking systems and financial flows.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
* Fluent in English (French and Dutch are a plus).
* Rigorous, methodical, and analytical.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently.
