Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated French-speaking Senior SuccessFactors LMS Consultant for a critical greenfield implementation project with a major Belgian government agency. This is a 1-year contract role focused on leading the end-to-end delivery of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) workstream.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors LMS, capable of guiding the client from initial workshops through to go-live and post-implementation support. You will be instrumental in designing and configuring a solution that meets the unique needs of a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the SuccessFactors LMS implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Conduct workshops with key client stakeholders to analyze business processes, define functional requirements, and translate them into an effective LMS solution design.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the LMS workstream, providing expert guidance, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer to the client team.
* Oversee data migration, integration design, and system testing phases to ensure a high-quality, robust, and seamless go-live.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Consultant with at least two full end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
* Deep functional and configuration expertise in the SuccessFactors Learning module.
* Experience with greenfield implementation projects, from discovery and design through to deployment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with full professional proficiency in French (both written and spoken).
* Ability to work independently and lead a project workstream effectively.
* Must be based in or willing to commute to Southern Belgium for 2-3 days per week.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
* SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management.
* Experience working on projects within the public sector or for government agencies.
* Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
