Increase ecommerce sales across all retailers in the Benelux, accelerating sales via retailer.Responsible for growth & management of virtual pure players, aligning with overall business goals.
Collaborate with media & PR manager to drive visits, conversion & repeat purchases.
Prepare & present monthly Benelux E-business review (including action plan) to management.
Provide detailed monthly reports on key business drivers and product sales.
Work with global digital business team to share ideas and deliver global initiatives.
Lead commercial acceleration and digital marketing capabilities with retail partners.
Develop retail media advertising strategy with media marketing manager.
Lead & develop strategy for online pure players and omni-channel retailers to gain market share.
Build and achieve ecommerce turnover, market share, profit, and manage end-to-end P&L.
Support commercial manager and team in digital transformation and modernization.
Build, manage & execute the annual Joint E-business Plan across retailers.
Define and manage digital COOP budget with key account managers to drive efficiencies and optimize ROI.
Operate online trading strategy to optimize conversion and average order value.
Provide insights on online developments of key accounts to Key Account Managers.
Academic degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
Minimum 4 years experience in ecommerce or digital, working with retailers, marketplaces, or DTC.
Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development is a plus.
Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or marketplaces.
Bilingual in English and/or French; Dutch fluency is a plus.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
