Overview

Tomorrowland has evolved in recent years into a global entertainment brand with various activities such as Tomorrowland Winter in Alpe d’Huez (France), Tomorrowland Brazil, CORE in Medellin, LA, Melbourne, One World Radio, One World Artist, Tomorrowland Fiction, Tomorrowland Academy, the clothing and accessories brand Tomorrowland Store, Tomorrowland Foundation, … alongside all further global ambitions.

To support our various activities, we are expanding the Partnerships team with a Sales & Partnerships Coordinator.


Responsibilities

* You are part of the global sales & partnerships team based in Antwerp and report to the Partnerships Manager.

* You generate revenue through strategic sponsorship agreements for international events and festivals.

* You focus on prospecting, cold acquisition, and expanding existing collaborations (upselling).

* You identify relevant brands, negotiate new partnerships, and develop commercial proposals.

* You manage the sales pipeline and report in a structured way to the team.

* You build sustainable relationships with partners and support them in achieving their goals.

* You draft contracts and follow up until final signature.

* You contribute to presentations, commercial strategies, and internal collaboration around new opportunities.


MUST-HAVES

* You are commercially driven with a “hunter” mentality and the drive to achieve results.

* You have strong negotiation and presentation skills.

* You are entrepreneurial and result-oriented, a go-getter with a natural flair that inspires enthusiasm.

* You have a good feel for the market, brands, and building (new) contacts and relationships.

* You hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, sales within events, agencies or entrepreneurial companies, account management and/or B2B sales in a strategic commercial role.

* You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, with a sufficient basic knowledge of French.

* You can independently draft, discuss, follow up and clearly brief essential documents to colleagues.

* You have experience and/or affinity with activations, advertising, storytelling, branded content, strategic plans, …

* You are willing to travel abroad regularly.

* You don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality and can confidently present your commercial ideas to new partners.

* You take ownership and are strong in translating conversations into clear briefings for your colleagues.
