Role Overview
As part of Euroclear’s Corporate Strategy team, you will contribute directly to the definition, execution and evolution of the Group’s corporate strategy.
Working closely with senior leaders, Finance and key stakeholders, you will help ensure that Euroclear’s strategic priorities are clearly defined, effectively executed and consistently communicated to the Executive Committee, the Board and shareholders. You will play an active role in monitoring strategy execution and adapting strategic choices in response to market, regulatory and business developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory developments to support strategic decision‑making.
2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, identifying risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
3. Contribute to and lead cross‑functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
4. Support the strategic planning cycle and investor communication processes, in close collaboration with Finance and other partners.
5. Prepare high‑quality presentations, analyses and briefing materials for the Executive Committee, the Board and other senior forums.
Experience & Qualifications
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
7. 5–7 years of experience in corporate strategy, top‑tier management consulting (. MBB, Oliver Wyman or equivalent), or a similar strategic role.
8. Proven ability to work across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
9. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
10. Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation capabilities.
11. Solid experience in financial analysis and modelling.
12. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
Key Skills
13. Strong knowledge of strategy frameworks and execution methodologies.
14. Good understanding of corporate finance and value creation drivers.
15. Ability to turn complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
16. High level of autonomy, curiosity and ownership.
17. Strong PowerPoint and executive‑level communication skills.
