Senior Technical Operations Lead – Lab Support Focus
A well-established organisation in the life sciences sector is seeking a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal technical leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of supporting complex operations through periods of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage on-site technical support teams, including service desk operations and ServiceNow workflows.
* Provide hands-on support across lab environments, ensuring continuity and reliability of services.
* Act as a stabilising force during organisational change, guiding teams through evolving priorities and operational shifts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT support with business needs.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 10 years in a similar role within medium to large organisations, combining leadership with hands-on technical expertise.
* Direct experience supporting laboratory environments is required.
* Background in pharma or biotech is essential.
* Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
* Experience supporting organisations undergoing transition or scaling operations.
* Dutch-speaking candidates only.
