🌟 What You’ll Do:
* Ensure Customer Success: Collaborate with orthodontists and their teams to deliver smooth onboarding and mastery of Angel Align’s digital tools.
* Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide training, troubleshooting, and guidance to help customers seamlessly integrate our solutions into their daily workflows.
* Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows, processes, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
🟪 Education
* Degree or certification as a Dental Technician, Hygienist, or Dentist, or relevant experience in the dental industry.
🟩 Experience
* 4+ years experience in the dental industry, preferably in orthodontics.
* Solid understanding of orthodontic practice dynamics and expertise in implementing new products and processes.
* Experience in adult education and training delivery.
🟧 Language Skills
* Native or advanced Portuguese speaker with a strong command of English and Spanish
🟦 Interpersonal Skills
* Strong presentation abilities, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
