If so, you might just be our new Sales Support Administrator! Your responsibilities You request sales forecasts from the client. You closely monitor orders and keep the client informed of any changes. You prepare price lists and product range lists. You examine historical sales figures, analyse them and present them clearly to the account manager. You are responsible for preparing client visits. You carry out product and price comparisons in the market. You are responsible for the full preparation of the handling of a customer complaint. Your profile You hold a bachelor’s degree and ideally have some initial work experience. You have a passion for sales and a friendly, approachable communication style. You enjoy working proactively and in a structured manner. You have a good command of Dutch and English. French and German are a plus! You are proficient in the various programmes in the MS Office suite (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word). Experience with the Navision ERP package is an advantage.
