Our mission is to help studios stay organized, structured and stress‑free so artists can focus on creating great art instead of dealing with administration. Today we run a B2B platform used by studios across the US, Thailand, Bali, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy and more. In a second phase we will evolve into a B2C platform, allowing customers to book tattoo appointments through AI‑driven agents.The RoleAs co‑founder focused on Growth & Sales, you will be responsible for growing our client base and proving a scalable acquisition model. This includes, but is not limited to:Digital outreachSales calls and demosBuilding partnershipsExperimenting with acquisition channels and strategiesDesigning and iterating on sales & marketing funnelsYou will have full ownership over how this is approached. Compensation is equity‑based, with the option to introduce monthly payments once agreed milestones are reached.What Success Looks LikeDesigning and executing a repeatable sales & marketing flowGenerating a consistent stream of new subscribersReaching a target of 10–15 new subscribers per monthOnce this flow is validated, we will be in a strong position to approach investors and scale further.
