Key accountabilities:
1. Support tender quotations for industrial test means
2. Contribute to Product test strategy and industrialization test roadmap
3. Contribute to Hardware test specification and FAT Software defined by engineering
4. Guarantee the application of the industrial testing standards (DFT rules, standard test platform usage, maintenance rules) during the product development in order to optimize the productivity and the test coverage. Attend to Technical Design Review (DR) and Industrial Review if relevant
5. As per defined by Product test strategy and industrial testing standards: develop, deploy, validate and maintain test bench, fixtures, test sequence, programing tools, burn in means, operating manual
6. Manage testing means development or upgrade including configuration management (Hardware and Software) and related verification according to QCD targets
7. Manage maintenance and calibration of active tools/test fixtures (internal, external)
8. Ensure support to manufacturing (internal / external) related to industrial test means: deployment, upgrade, follow up, reporting, maintenance, debug, expertise and continuous improvement
9. Train the workers and EPU managers during design and industrialization phase
10. Complies with EHS Alstom and external standards
11. Ensure continuous training and permanent qualification of the workers
12. In case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement corrective solutions
13. Propose improvement ideas and evolution of industrial test standards

14. Industrialization Engineer manages technicians that are eventually under his responsibility.
15. He has the duty to control his external communication (written and oral) as it engages the responsibility of AT towards third parties

EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements:
Mandatory:
20. Engineering degree in Electronics
Experience:
21. 2 to 5 years’ experience in industrial test
22. Electronics domain: scheme critical analysis, troubleshooting investigation, analog and digital components
23. Test principles and methods: testability, test coverage, test tool capacity, test validation
24. Test tools and means: In-Circuit, Flying Probe, functional test bench, AOI, calibration tool, programming language, test sequence language
25. Test bench: structure and principle, maintenance, debug, troubleshooting investigation
26. Safety principles
27. Technical and QCD quotation of testing means
28. Local EHS regulation
