As they expand their operations, they're looking for a driven Financial Controller expert to help ensure transparency, profitability, and long-term financial health.

As Financial Controller, you will:
* Oversee the monthly and quarterly closings
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and variances
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence
* Manage reporting to internal and external stakeholders
* Participate in audits and ensure compliance with local accounting standards
* Help optimize financial processes and tools
* Liaise with accounting teams, banks, and tax advisors
Profiel
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate or asset-heavy industries
* Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
* Solid knowledge of Belgian GAAP and/or IFRS
* Strong analytical skills and business mindset
* Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency (Navision or SAP is a plus)
* Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
