With Mobilize Fast Charge ultra-fast charging stations, we provide all electric vehicle drivers with a complementary charging solution. Mobilize is a brand of the Renault Group. It leverages Renault's experience and expertise in electric vehicles. Our knowledge of electric vehicles allows us to offer a reliable "vehicle/infrastructure" ecosystem. Mobilize Fast Charge is expanding to Belgium and is looking for the person who will participate to the launching of the service in Belgium.Your missionsDirectly attached to the Deployment Director Europe, the Mobilize Fast Charge Belgium Deployment & Operations Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Validate sites suitable for Fast Charge stations in coordination with local Renault Group teams.Carry out the pre-study and deployment phases on time and within budget. He/she will supervise and monitor all the stages, from the study to the handover and monitoring of the work. He/she is also responsible for managing relations with subcontractors. This involves setting up performance indicators, steering weekly project progress reviews and managing crisis situations.Secondly, organizing the operation phase of the recharging infrastructure with the aim of ensuring maximum availability of the facilities. Optimizing CAPEX, OPEX and planning. You will be in contact with all Mobilize teams (Holding, Finance, Development, Sales, Operations, etc.).Your profile You have an engineering background with a strong business component and come from the world of high-power recharging (at least 5 years' experience in this field). You have knowledge of the energy sector, site supervision. Knowledge of automotive industry would be appreciated.Your English is fluent. Autonomous and at ease in innovative environments, you have good interpersonal skills and a great capacity for cross-functional leadership. You know how to structure teams and processes: how to move from concept to concrete implementation, in a multi-partner environment.
