About the jobMissionAs a Technical Product Owner, your goal is to ensure that the right product is built, validated,and accepted. You have the technical skills to translate business needs into clear productfeatures. As part of the Documents product unit, youll be an expert in end-to-end invoicingprocesses, high-volume communications, and the delivery of complex, dynamic documentsthrough digital and physical channels (compliant with government guidelines). You understanddocument flow automation and are comfortable working in a cloud-based environment.ResponsibilitiesThis is what we expect of you: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs. Translate business requirements into high-level diagrams and flows. Work closely with UX teams, architects, and technical leads. Validate early prototypes and provide continuous feedback during development. Coordinate with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication andproactive action-taking. Oversee the handover to the operations team and track documentation. Propose product roadmap features (> 3 months) and manage short-term backlogs (< 3months).Work alongside development teams to ensure production-ready releases. Prioritise the backlog, in agreement with the Product Manager Write the technical specifications: divide features into User Stories & Cases (US), toguarantee the needs are properly implemented in the product.We would be happy to seeWe are looking for candidates who have: Passion for the Accounts Payable/Receivable and Documents industry. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the domain, within e-invoicing oraccounting. Experience working with development teams. Team player with the ability to work autonomously. Effective verbal and written communication (English/Dutch at C2; French is a plus) You are a natural leader and you have strong organizational and presentationskills.
