We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to partner with the organization’s leadership and People & Culture (P&C) team in North Europe as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the company. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing P&C strategic leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as our Take the Lead values.

Main responsibilities:

As a member of the North Europe People & Culture team, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the business leaders in the Manufacturing and Supply site in Belgium and the rest of the P&C community across the geography.

4. Reflect changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to Center of Expertise guidelines.
5. Support delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs.
6. Talent Acquisition – Support on-site activities as required in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.
7. Talent Management* – Deliver Potential for Growth workshops to upskill People Managers. Engage in calibration talent reviews as needed to support 1st line managers. Support employees and managers locally in development advice.
8. Learning – Support on-site learning admin and handle local audit of learning delivery in partnership with Learning COE.
9. Rewards and Recognition – Support adjustment and negotiation of collective labor agreements, manage personnel cost/ budget, local plans, and exceptions.
10. Insights – Handle reporting request using local data sources (e.g., local government reports).
11. Org Design and Effectiveness - Implement organizational changes in local systems (if required), manage reorganizations by supporting union/ works council negotiations as well as managing the transition/ exit of people.
12. Employee Relations – Support in liaising with local co-determination bodies and advise managers on employee relations matters & handle cases end-to-end.
13. Mobility - Support on-site relocation, if necessary, e.g., in-person confirmation of employment.
14. Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation.
15. Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize ESS/MSS and One Support.

About you

16. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
17. HR experience & International exposure is desirable.
18. Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally.
19. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
20. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
21. Fluent in English and Dutch.
