We opened in July 2025, located in Alta Garrotxa national park near Girona. We have created a unique, sustainable destination that combines wellness, cycling, yoga retreats, and farm-to-table dining. A chance to be part of a unique, sustainability-focused project.

* Be fluent in Spanish / Catalan and English.
Full time Operations to join our team. Working in front office to create a memorable, effortless experience for our guests – from when they arrive, over the course of their stay and until they get their bill and head off again. In addition, helping with F&B service. If you have other transferable skills such as social media, yoga, digital marketing etc then a bonus.
Be part of a small and friendly team where nothing is too much trouble.
You’ll be hands-on and willing to work both front and back of house, restaurant, farm, events etc spending time with guests and team members alike.
Key Requirements (NN = Non Negotiable):
1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in front office position. (NN)
2. Exceptional people skills both for the customer and fellow team members. (NN)
3. Experience in all aspects of front office from check in / out, housekeeping, incoming calls / bookings, handling customer service issues, revenue management. (NN)
4. Experience in front of house Food and Beverage.
5. Familiar with Mews operating system would be a big advantage.
6. Multilingual: English, Spanish and / or Catalan required. (NN)
7. Lives locally / legally authorized to work in Spain. (NN)
8. Valid driving license. We cannot offer accommodation on site as we are full. (NN)
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
