About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in network administration, server management, and IT operations. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in listening comprehension, and demonstrate the ability to work independently in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support and perform IT maintenance activities
Deploy and manage monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or PRTG
Lead or support IT projects from planning to implementation
Configure and manage data center network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Manage IT resources across multiple sites, ensuring optimal allocation and performance
Support vendor selection and procurement of IT equipment
Qualifications
English proficiency (spoken and listening skills are mandatory)
Solid technical knowledge equivalent to CCNA level (certification is a plus)
Proven experience with helpdesk support and IT maintenance
Experience in IT project setup and execution, ideally in a leadership role
Ability to independently configure and manage network infrastructure
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
Experience with server implementation and administration
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, or Prometheus
Understanding of data center environments and network architecture
Knowledge of PowerShell for automation is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT management and team/resource coordination
Ability to work across multiple locations and manage distributed environments
Familiarity with local vendors and IT equipment sourcing
