As an HR & Payroll Consultant, you will be a key player in delivering tailored HR and payroll consulting solutions that drive client success and business transformation. Providing expert HR and payroll advisory services, adapted to each client's specific business context. Conducting detailed analyses of HR processes to identify efficiency gains and implement best-in-class solutions. Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR and payroll system integration. Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and market trends, ensuring compliance and strategic foresight. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships based on credibility and partnership. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and payroll consulting or a similar environment. Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus). Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform data into actionable insights. Excellent understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
