Facilities Support Assistant
This role involves providing excellent customer service and support to internal clients in a facilities management setting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming requests and issues via various communication channels
* Provide first-line support and guidance for all facility-related matters
* Ensure accurate registration and follow-up of service requests using facility management tools
* Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely resolution
* Support the Facilities team in process improvement and reporting activities
Key Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or facility management
* Fluency in Dutch and French; good knowledge of English is a plus
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* Familiarity with Facility Management tools, preferably Archibus
* Experience in a call center or helpdesk environment
