ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will actively contribute to Wavenet's growth by implementing the defined recruitment strategy, while ensuring regular mobility between our various offices in Belgium. You will take charge of the entire recruitment cycle, with a direct impact on the company's ability to meet business challenges. You will also contribute to the company's geographical expansion by recruiting profiles adapted to the specificities of new markets (language, location, expertise).


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Implementation of the recruitment strategy

* Deploy the recruitment strategy defined by management and transform it into an operational action plan aligned with business priorities.
* Proactively suggest improvements to recruitment strategies and channels (job boards, networks, partnerships, direct approach, etc.).
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and provide regular reporting to management.


Strategic recruitment & sourcing

* Manage "reactive" recruitments linked to client and prospect needs.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pool.
* Deploy advanced sourcing and direct approach techniques.
* Establish a network of external partners to increase recruitment capacity during peak activity periods.


Candidate experience & employer branding

* Guarantee a qualitative, respectful, and engaging candidate experience.
* Contribute, in collaboration with HR and Marketing, to the development of the employer brand.


YOUR PROFILE

* Proven experience in IT recruitment: minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in the IT sector.
* Languages: essential proficiency in French and Dutch; English is an asset.
* Expertise in headhunting: ability to identify and approach profiles in high demand (shortage occupations) via various channels and to detect high-potential talent.
* Experience and strong interest in the IT ecosystem: ability to communicate with ease with technical profiles and to understand industry challenges.
* Ease with business stakeholders: ability to collaborate with management and share market realities.
* Autonomy and sense of responsibility: ability to prioritize actions and move projects forward with rigor and proactivity.
