Job Description
As an Insurance & Risk Manager your responsibilities are:
* Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to the company.
* Responsible for identifying potential risks for which there is insufficient or no coverage.
* Evaluate and manage the company's insurance portfolio to ensure adequate coverage.
* Developing tools for calculating and monitoring TCR or ETCR.
* Collaborate with internal departments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Negotiate with insurance providers to secure optimal terms and conditions.
* Monitor compliance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and present risk analysis reports to senior management.
* Lead initiatives to minimize financial exposure and protect company assets.
* Provide guidance on claims management and resolution processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Insurance & Risk Manager should have:
* Proven expertise in insurance management and risk assessment.
* Solid knowledge of international insurance market.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
