We need a strategic do-er to lead this charge. Someone entrepreneurial. Commercially sharp. Endlessly curious about growth. That could be you.

Your mission

You'll own the Route‐to‐Market strategy for the Professional segment and lead a dedicated cross‐functional team. You'll think like a founder, act with commercial ownership, and execute with measurable results.

This is not a coordination job. This is commercial ownership.

What you will do

Drive growth

* Build and own the growth and Go-to-Market strategy for our Professional segment
* Turn customer data and market insights into actionable initiatives
* Prioritize opportunities and scale what works to drive business impact

Lead the team

* Lead a cross-functional team in sprint mode
* Create focus, momentum, and accountability
* Embed effective rituals that deliver high-speed execution

Execute with impact

* Test and validate ideas directly with customers in the field
* Launch initiatives that move the needle: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, onboarding, digital services
* Report on business results with clarity and ambition

Who you are

Commercially sharp: 5+ years in B2B or B2B2C sales, business development or GTM leadership. Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction is a plus.

An entrepreneurial builder: Hands-on, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity. Scale-up or start-up experience is a plus.

A strategic do-er: You zoom out for the big picture, zoom in to execute fast.

A natural leader: You inspire cross-functional teams and make things happen.

Business-minded: P&L savvy, strong prioritization skills, digital fluency (CRM, data, automation).

Your First 90 Days

30 days: Understand the segment. Create a clear roadmap. Build team rituals.

60 days: Launch your first commercial initiatives. Get into the market and gather real feedback.

90 days: Demonstrate measurable impact. More reach, stronger engagement, and a growing pipeline.
