Overview

The Senior Business Consultant position in Louvain-la-Neuve, within the Financial Services sector, offers the opportunity to implement advanced software solutions, analyze client needs, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.


Responsibilities

* Implement the organization’s software solution for new and existing clients, ensuring the solution meets client requirements and is delivered on time and within budget
* Analyze client needs and translate them into concrete, actionable solutions within the software
* Draft detailed proposals and reports tailored to client requirements
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, and risk assessment
* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and provide ongoing support during implementation
* Provide clear and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials
* Support junior consultants when required by offering guidance and sharing expertise
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction


Your profile

* You have a Master’s degree in finance, management science, or any other equivalent experience
* You have minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or a related field
* You have a good knowledge of financial products
* Affinity with IT is considered a plus
* You have excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of English
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
* You have proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* You have keen attention to detail, particularly in the context of client requirements and software implementation
* You can work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* You have adaptability and flexibility to address evolving client needs and project challenges
* You are willing to travel as required
