Become the key driver of international recruitment strategy and talent management.
Define and implement the group’s international recruitment strategy.
Identify legal levers to optimize and secure recruitment and onboarding processes.
Anticipate talent needs across the group and coordinate multi-profile recruitment projects.
Structure, formalize, and optimize recruitment processes, procedures, and tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in an international context.
Strong knowledge of European labor laws and international recruitment regulations.
Fluent French and professional-level English.
