Ventós Group - We are an international group of companies dedicated to the distribution and production of essential oils and aromatic chemicals. Our headquarters are located in Sant Just Desvern and we have subsidiaries in France, Brazil, China, Mexico, Colombia, Singapore and the USA.
Following our expansion process, we need to reinforce our Human Resources team by incorporating a HR Technician.
Responsibilities
You will provide support to the subsidiaries and to the head office in:
* Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)
* Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruits
* Monthly payroll calculation (variables…)
* Termination of staff contracts/dismissals
* Entering and updating staff data in the system
* Management of documentation/record
* Time management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.
* Realization/updating of HR department procedures involving subsidiaries (in the local language of each subsidiary, mainly in English)
* Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies
* Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets
* Fluid communication with the staff of the subsidiaries
* Preparation of reports
* Organisation of internal/corporate company events
Profile
* At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.
* Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
* Essential high level of English
* Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
