Work you'll do
As the Adobe Experience Platform Technical Lead, you will lead the implementation and optimization of AEP solutions. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring effective data management, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business goals into technical solutions that drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Lead the design and deployment of AEP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage data integration processes to ensure high-quality customer profiles and insights.
Oversee the ingestion of first-party and third-party data, optimizing data quality and usability.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Utilize AEP's Real-Time Customer Data Platform to develop precise audience segments.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective targeting strategies.
Monitor and optimize AEP features, including Adobe Analytics/CJA, AJO and Adobe Target, to improve campaign results.
Provide actionable insights based on performance data to enhance marketing efforts.
Work closely with marketing, IT, and data science teams to drive successful project execution.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture and operational procedures.
Create user manuals and training materials for AEP usage.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform and marketing technologies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AEP, data modeling, APIs, and integration methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
